TABLE  Programme

Contains details of the WFCAM observation programmes.

This table contains details of the observation programmes undertaken
with WFCAM and for which observations are stored and curated in the WSA.
Names of the tables that store information for each programme are
recorded here.
The unique programme ID number (assigned internally within the WSA)
identifying all WFCAM observation programmes is as follows:
programme ID: description
        0: not a programme: used for calibration/confidence frames common to many programmes
        1: Commissioning data
      101: UKIDSS Large Area Survey (LAS)
      102: UKIDSS Galactic Plane Survey (GPS)
      103: UKIDSS Galactic Clusters Survey (GCS)
      104: UKIDSS Deep Extragalactic Survey (DXS)
      105: UKIDSS Ultra-Deep Survey (UDS)
   1000+: Open Time programmes (PI)
  10000+: Service programmes
