Contains astrometric information that will be used in linking up epochs

This table is mainly for use by software to link up epochs efficiently
The information contained in this table are:
1) four sets of half-spaces (see Budavari et al. 2010, PASP, 122, 1375)
These describe the 4 perimeters: 2 pixels outside the image edge,
2 pixels inside the image edge, 2 pixels outside a boundary a dither
offset inside the image edge, and 2 pixels inside this boundary.
2) Scaling parameters for the image to scale it in the case of improving
the astrometric solution for proper motion calculations (not currently
used).

Required constraints:
  • Primary key is (multiframeID,extNum)
  • (multiframeID,extNum) references MultiframeDetector(multiframeID,extNum)
